I love this place! Worth the 45 minute drive. The whole process was easy and simple. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed and they were so great with her. She has a huge fear of needles and was really anxious about having the procedure. The staff was patient and reassuring, and helped calm her nerves. All my questions were answered with patience and understanding. I highly recommend them for all your oral surgery needs.

First visit I was impressed with friendliness of receptionist. But before that initial first visit, receptionist who spoke with me named CARLA is who was warm and so helpful to explain the steps I would need to take to address having 14 whole teeth or partial teeth removed. I would like to inquire about prices charged to have that done so hopefully you can refer me to someone who accepts my insurance for top denture. It's very important to me to get beautiful replacement teeth that not only look beautiful but fit perfectly so I can chew food easily. Thank you for the awesome training your staff so freely gave to me from the very first phone call. Miss Minta.

If there was anywhere I could or world recommend it would be this office everyone in staff was very polite. I brought my daughter in with what is frankly a mess of a mouth needing alot of work. But with the help of Tracy Miller, we got through extensive X-rays and a cleaning in the span of only an hour to an hour and a half. Tracy and the dentist, who's name I didn't catch, both displayed extreme professionalism, experience and the cleanliness was great. Tracy did a wonderful job at making my daughter feel comfortable and informed. We have future appointments scheduled and I will leave an edit if my experience quality changes but I doubt it will.

I had a very easy experience starting with scheduling; my appointments were scheduled, all the representatives were knowledgeable, kind and took the time to answer all the questions I had. The day of my dental surgery to extract all my teeth, I was very nervous and in a lot of pain due to my broken and abscessed teeth, the assistants were all so efficient and quick setting everything up for the dental surgeon, Christopher Smith. All of the assistants were knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and prepping me for surgery. I felt relaxed and safe. I mediated and before I knew it, I was awake and told my surgery was done. They all awesome and helped me feel safe and secure about my dental surgery. I want to shout out the very knowledgeable staff that checked me in, I was anxious because of running pate due to a big accident on my route to the Lancaster office, I replied to a text I got previously from the demta augers staff to let them know I was running late. I was so worried that I would have to reschedule and I just wanted the procedure done to alleviate daily pain. I didn’t even know if the office could get texts from patients. The wonderful and efficient lady at front desk, told me they did indeed get my frantic text and I don’t need to reschedule, she helped so much as was calm and took her time explaining everything to me. Thanks you so much, your kindness and being all so knowledgeable made my experience awesome from to finish! My fear and anxiety was helped totally by all of you awesome, hard working staff! Dr.Christopher Smith did an amazing job! Smilebuilderz is so totally lucky having such awesome staff! I wouldn’t have had it done if I didn’t feel safe and secure! Woohooo! Yessss! I saw Dr. Aby today for my first root canal. It was an amazing experience! His assistant was so wonderful too! From beginning to end - 5 star! Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness and time today! Also, saw Dr. Skiadas a few weeks ago and also was 5 star service! Thank you all!

I had an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed (as amazing as oral surgery can be). The surgeons at Smilebuilderz are excellent!!! I had minimal pain post surgery and the entire process was easy and stress free. The whole crew is 5 stars.

My husband had an abscess that needed immediate attention. We went to Crown Ave for the urgent care (they see unscheduled patients in between scheduled patients). He was in unbearable pain and one of the employees (she seemed like the manager d/t her professionalism) from the front desk noticed and went above and beyond to find him an appointment at the Spring Valley location. We were seen and had his extraction all in the same day! We felt validated, seen and cared for. Thank you to both locations for your help and kindness. We are very thankful and grateful you cared enough to go the extra mile for him. I just wish I had her name! She deserves a huge shout out!

I got my wisdom teeth removed this morning and was pretty nervous. But everyone here was extremely kind and caring. I felt no pain and was comfortable the whole time. Everyone made sure to explain everything thoroughly so that I understood the procedure and make sure I was safely transported after my surgery! The surgeons helper were great and did an outstanding job! Thanks for all you do :)

Awesome visit for my grandson. The front office staff on both sides were awesome, kind, and pleasant. The consultation was very detailed and they expl Elyna, Kristine, Angie, and Dr. Sulc were amazing 👏🏽
